Roger D. Carlisle, President and Founder of CSM Carlisle & Associates, possesses a collective experience of over thirty years in city management, economic and business development, legislative advocacy and military initiatives. He has utilized interpersonal and organizational skills to administer diverse projects and work effectively with military echelon, government entities, business management, co-workers, and staff to achieve desired goals and successful resolution of projects. Roger obtained a B.S. Degree in Criminal Justice and a M.S. Degree in Human Development from Troy State University in Montgomery, Alabama. He is a member of Texas Municipal League.
In addition, Roger proudly served in the U.S. Army both active and reserve for 34 years. He retired in 2004 with the rank of Command Sergeant Major. He held command positions in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Lubbock during his reserve career. Roger received 31 decorations and badges during his military service. For his outstanding military service, he was awarded the Legion of Merit and Bronze Star for Valor.
Bridgette Carlisle brings to our organization fifteen plus years of combined experience in the finance and municipal environment. Bridgette has hands- on experience with the administration and operation of the municipality functions. She has experience and expertise with the Incode System and its application. She has experience and expertise in the organization, planning, process and procedures of municipal developments from conception to completion. She has staff experience in building permits, inspections, and organizing these activities for municipal use. Bridgettes experience in public relations and her excellent communications skills provide the assistance required to meet the public needs.
